parents must submit Parent Financial Statement (PFS) and
processing fee directly to SSS. It is necessary to
provide all documentation required by the PFS at the
time of submission to minimize delay in processing your
statement. Do not send this PFS form to the school.
Applications received after April 1st will be considered
after the first review and lessen the probability of an
award. |
